The detailed journal entry review screen shows you the complete detail of the journal entry including who entered and when, fiscal period, original transaction it came from. Journal entries created through the Create Journal Entry screen can be voided, which creates a full reversing transaction of the original journal entry. Entries created by other transactions, such as invoicing and purchase order receiving can only be voided/reversing by voiding the original transactions.
