Financial Portal has been expanded and is now a transaction system as well as an accounting system. It is designed for fast growing Midrange Customers who need to improve their financial visibility into the ever changing global supply chains and changing distribution channels and need the flexibility to map financial relationships without losing control or auditability.

Transaction Cycle:

The Transaction System allows companies to easily automate their Selling and Purchasing Cycles. The Selling Cycle has Blanket Sales Orders, Packing List, and Individual Sales Contracts. The Purchasing Cycle has Blank Purchase Orders, Warehouse Receivers, Individual Purchase Order Receipts. Inventory Managent provides complete inventory tracking with the ability to upload inventory adjustments. Transaction voiding creates a financial and inventory audit trail of the transaction reversal. Brokerage and Direct Shipment processing will be available in a future release.

Financial Cycle:

The Financial and Accounting system gives companies the ability to control and track their financial flow. Designed to be flexible and easy-to-use, the Financial Portal can be run as a stand alone application or integrated. The Financial System is multicompany, multilocation, multicurrency, and uses the Information Portal for reporting for standard financial, historical, tax reporting, and operational metrics.
